The menu showed by clicking the left mouse button on JQL GTK icon. The first one shows the submenu that contains some application commands.

The categorized menu showed by clicking the right mouse button on JQL GTK icon, one with big icons (Nuvola 32) and one with smaller icons (Gartoon 16).
